1. Downloadable digital content
Due to the nature of digital products, once the download has started or access to the content has been granted, the customer acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
2. When a refund is accepted
- The file cannot be downloaded or is corrupted and cannot be fixed.
- The product significantly does not match what is described on its page.
- Duplicate purchase or incorrect charge.
3. Services and mentoring
Service/mentoring sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellation and refund of sessions not yet delivered will be assessed according to the conditions stated on the product page.
4. How to request it
Request a refund from the contact page, providing the order number and the reason. As payment is handled by the payment provider (Merchant of Record), the refund is processed through that provider.
5. Timeframes
Valid requests are usually processed within 14 days; the credit may take a few additional days depending on the payment method.
